| Ties | Ties will be resolved on better net points over back-9, viz. last 9,6,3 and last hole, irrespective of your tee-off hole. |
| GoY Points | As per the points chart on the website. |
| Draw | Draw will based on a staggered start starting from 6:30 AM, and will be released a day before the tournament. Participants should be willing to play as per time slot allotted in the Draw. The committee will not entertain any request for preferences in draw. |
| Prize Distribution | Prize Distribution will be held at Beldih Club on Sunday, 8th March, 7:00 PM onward - over cocktails and dinner, to which every participant is cordially invited with their spouse. |

| Format | To be played in partners format using the Stableford scoring system over 18 holes. Handicap of each player shall be capped at 24. Sum of Net stableford points of both partners shall comprise each team's score. Players can choose their partners (of same gender only). Partners cannot play together in the same 4-ball. Please make sure to specify your partner's name in the Addl Info field of the registration form. To qualify for Team entry, both partners must have registered and specified each other's name. |

| Most Fun Partners! | This special prize category is to celebrate Mr. Raina’s love of the game and the amount of fun he would have on the golf course. We want all the golfers to have fun and take photographs of their escapades. We will judge the most fun pair from the photographs they upload. Upload link shall be provided in due course of time. We hope that this category makes it an even more enjoyable tournament for everyone, and we all take some of these great photo memories back home with us. |

| Prize Function | Shall start at 5:30 PM with high tea and beer followed by prize distribution. |
| Special Request | We request all golfers to please wear a red cap in memory of Mr. Bushen Raina, whose red cap would distinctly be seen on the Golmuri golf course almost every day. |
